VeriOrigin Chrome extension
Check selected page text, readable page text, and document excerpts for likely AI-writing signals directly in Chrome. No copy-paste is needed on normal web pages: highlight a passage, click AI?, and review a cautious probability result
VeriOrigin is built for readers, editors, reviewers, teachers, researchers, and marketplace operators who need a quick AI text checker without moving content into a separate website.
Use it on article paragraphs, reviews, comments, posts, drafts, and pasted excerpts where writing style matters.
Run checks from the selected text button, the extension popup, or the browser right-click menu.
Review probability, result reliability, short reasoning, and stylistic signals in one compact result panel.
Select a passage and click the AI? button that appears near the selection.
Right-click the page and choose the VeriOrigin page check from the standard Chrome menu.
Copy a passage from editors and documents, paste it into the popup, and run the same probabilistic review.
Low-reliability or middle-range results can receive a stricter second review before the final answer is shown.
