Scope
These terms apply to OneMove Labs browser extensions, websites, backend services, product pages, support materials, and related tools.
Provided as is
All OneMove Labs products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneMove Labs disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No professional advice
OneMove Labs products are informational and workflow aids. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, academic, employment, disciplinary, financial, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking source data, and consulting qualified professionals where needed.
AI and calculation limitations
AI detection is probabilistic and may produce false positives, false negatives, uncertain results, or incomplete explanations. Tax and seller-report calculations may be affected by source-report changes, missing data, import errors, user settings, browser state, or rule changes. Product outputs should not be treated as proof, final accounting, or the sole basis for important decisions.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for their situation, preserving original files and records, maintaining backups, checking exported data, and complying with applicable laws, platform rules, workplace rules, school rules, tax obligations, and reporting requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneMove Labs and its owners, developers, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, expected savings, device functionality, browser data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
OneMove Labs will not be liable for harm, losses, claims, penalties, disputes, disciplinary outcomes, tax outcomes, business decisions, or other consequences arising from reliance on product outputs, inability to use a product, third-party services, platform changes, network issues, user-provided data, or unsupported use.
Legal limits
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of these terms may not apply to some users.
Changes
OneMove Labs may update these terms as products, laws, or operational practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
